Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RetainQ ("Service"), operated by Webriy ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RetainQ is a customer retention platform that provides cancellation flow builders, retention offer management, AI churn intelligence, analytics, REST API, MCP server, and an embeddable widget. The Service is currently provided free of charge.

3. Account Registration

To use RetainQ, you must create an account with a valid email address and set up a workspace. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the API in ways that exceed published rate limits (120 req/min for REST, 5 req/min for AI)
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without authorization
• Distribute malware or harmful code through the Service

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload or generate through RetainQ, including flows, offers, customer data, session records, and analytics. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data.

6. API and Widget Usage

API keys are provided for programmatic access. Keys are hashed with SHA-256 and shown only once at creation. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. The embeddable widget is provided for use on websites and applications you own or have authorization to modify.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime.

8. Free Tier and Future Pricing

RetainQ is currently free to use with all features included. We may introduce optional paid features in the future. If pricing changes affect existing functionality, we will provide reasonable notice.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webriy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in the dashboard. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
